Program Description
Beauty Suites on Summit operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients who have given their express written consent to be contacted by text message. This program is used to send:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Rescheduling and cancellation notifications
- Post-visit follow-up messages
- Promotional offers, seasonal specials, and salon news
This program is registered and operated in compliance with A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) carrier regulations.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Beauty Suites on Summit through any of the following methods:

- Providing verbal or written consent in person at our salon

By opting in, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile phone number provided, that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Beauty Suites on Summit at the number provided.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. You may receive our services without opting in to text message communications.
Message Frequency & Content
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4–8 messages per month, depending on your appointment activity and active promotions. Message types include transactional messages (appointment-related) and marketing messages (promotions and salon updates).

To get help at any time, reply HELP to any message or contact us at (574) 404-2677 or [email protected].
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final opt-out confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to Opt Out
You may withdraw your consent and stop receiving SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:
- Reply STOP to any text message from Beauty Suites on Summit
- Call or text us at (574) 404-2677 and request removal
- Email [email protected] with "Opt Out" in the subject line
- Request removal in person at our salon
Upon opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. Your number will be removed from our active messaging list promptly. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive salon services or communicate with us by phone or email.
Privacy & Data Use
Your mobile phone number and personal information are used exclusively to deliver the communications you have consented to receive. We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your phone number or opt-in data to any third party for marketing purposes.
Your information may be shared with our SMS delivery platform solely for the purpose of transmitting your messages. This provider is contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

No mobile opt-in data or phone numbers will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This is a strict requirement of our A2P messaging program.

We maintain a secure record of each client's opt-in consent, including the date, time, method of consent, and phone number provided. These records are retained for a minimum of four (4) years in compliance with A2P 10DLC carrier requirements and applicable law.

Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carrier support for SMS delivery may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our messaging practices or applicable regulations. The most current version will always be available at suitesonsummit.com/terms. Continued participation in our SMS program after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If changes materially affect the nature of the messages you receive, we will notify you via SMS or email prior to the changes taking effect.
